Please obtain our written approval before you renovate your premises. Otherwise, you will be required to reinstate the renovation carried out. You can refer to the Fitting-Out Manual for details on our guidelines for renovation.

Renovation Deposit
We require a renovation deposit from you before any renovation work can commence.
The amount of deposit are as follows:

We will use this deposit to defray any cost incurred to repair or replace any part of the property that is damaged during your renovation.
We will refund you the deposit or the balance (whichever the case may be, free of interest and less any deduction payable) within one month after completion of the renovation. This is provided we have received the approved ‘as built’ plan and the renovation works are completed to our satisfaction.
Insurance Policies
We require you to take up the following insurance policies at your own cost and expense for the fitting out works:

Copies of the Insurance Policies and receipts of premium payment must be submitted to the Management Office before commencement of renovation work. |

Temporary Electricity Supply
You may apply to the Management Office to tap on the electricity supply (e.g. for renovation purposes or alterations and additions works) from power points at the common corridors.
The tenant shall pay the following charges:

An administrative fee of $50.00 per application. |
| 2. |
Electricity charges of $35.00 per day for each 13 Amp power point. |
| 3. |
Electricity charges of $75.00 per day for a 30-amp single-phase power supply. |
| 4. |
Electricity charges of $225.00 per day for 30 amp three phase power supply. |
Temporary Water Supply
| |
You must apply for temporary water supply from the Management Office before your licensed plumbers install the water pipes. |
| |
Water will be charged at a rate of $35 per day per tap. |
| |
Your licensed plumber must submit schematic diagrams and layout plan of the
water supply pipes to the Management Office for approval before starting work. |

You must apply for a new water meter with SP Services to register the water consumption. |
